About Me
Having over 13 years' complementary therapy experience, I left the UK and moved to Spain to set up my own business, The-Massage-Therapist.
At first this was solely for massage therapy but I quickly realised there were many reasons why people don't get massages and barriers faced for self-massage with the current products on the market and lack of awareness and knowledge about the benefits of massage.
I'm a sole entrepreneur (with amazingly supportive family and friends) with a passion to help improve people's health and wellbeing, supporting natural and eco-friendly pain remedies whilst achieving my dreams of launching my own brand.
About The-Massage-Therapist
Massage is often seen as a luxury and as well as this, many people expressed that they don't have time to get massages. With these challenges in mind we aim to bring a range of massage and self-care products that can be used anywhere, anytime, so that more people can experience the benefits of massage and it becomes a way of life.
We created the brand to produce eco-friendly massage products sourcing high quality, natural and vegan ingredients. Designing our products to fit your needs.
The Blog
The intention of the blog is to help achieve The-Massage-Therapist's aim to educate more people on the benefits of massage and to support and promote self-care and self-massage.
What we've been doing since we launched
June - We launched after what felt like forever, our first product was finally on sale.
July - As well as fulfilling orders we attended Gamepolis 20c23 in Malaga. It was our very first expo and with around 64,000 attendees it was a really busy weekend. There were cosplay competitions and Nintendo and Fifa tournaments, making it an unforgettable experience for all.
August - Heatwaves! It has been so hot here in Spain this summer. As well as a busy month treating clients, sending orders out, we've been busy making future plans.
September - We have new products coming! Testing products is sometimes not as fun as you may think because we want to make sure we deliver the perfect products. The pressure is real.
